Kenneth Walker

Kenneth Walker (1882-1966), a surgeon by profession, met D.D.Ouspensky for the first time in 1923. As a result of this meeting, he became fascinated with the ideas of Gurdjieff, which he subsequently studied and practiced for the rest of his life. He wrote numerous books and articles, among which especially noteworthy are his books “Venture with Ideas” and “A Study of Gurdjieff’s Teaching,” both of which provide value introductions to Gurdjieff’s ideas.
